Mates Rates Referral Program: Terms and Conditions

Welcome to our Mates Rates Referral Program! These terms and conditions ("Referral Terms") govern your participation in the program. Pilot customers (each, a ”Referrer”) can refer eligible Mates and contacts (each, a “Mate”) to the Pilot Weight Reset Program (a “Pilot Subscription”) via the Referrer’s unique referral code (”Referral Code”). Subject to the conditions below, the Referrer will receive a $100 discount on their next order on the Pilot Subscription and the Mate will receive a $100 discount on their first payment on the Pilot Subscription (”Reward”). By participating in the Mates Rates Referral Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Referral Terms.

Eligibility and Referral Process

To qualify for a Reward via the Mates Rates Referral Program:

the Referrer must be an active patient on the Pilot Subscription in order for the Reward to be applicable; and

the Mate must:

  • be a new patient to Pilot and the Pilot Subscription (the Mate cannot be an active or previous patient to Pilot, including but not limited to a patient changing treatments or a patient restarting treatment);
  • be at least 18 years old; and
  • be a resident of Australia.

Eligible Referrers will be able to find their unique Referral Code in their Pilot account under Patient Info >  Referral Program.

The Referrer acknowledges that, by sharing the Referral Code, they will disclose their status as an active Pilot patient to the Mate. Similarly, the Mate acknowledges that, by accepting the Referral Code, they may disclose their status as an active Pilot patient to the Referrer.

The Reward

Each $1 earned as part of the Reward = 1 point (i.e. $100 = 100 points).

Subject to the conditions below, a Referrer may receive a Reward for each eligible referral made using their Referral Code. In all cases, a Mate who uses a Referral Code will receive a $100 discount off their first Pilot payment.

A Referrer will only receive the Reward if the Mate has been found eligible for treatment by a Pilot practitioner and has successfully proceeded with their first order on the Pilot Subscription using the Referrer's Referral Code. A maximum of 100 points (maximum $100 Reward) can be applied to the Referrer's account per order on the Pilot Subscription. Any additional points earned as part of the Rewards will be applied to the Referrer’s following order(s) on the Pilot Subscription, as applicable.

The Mates Rates Referral Program will not remain open indefinitely, and Pilot reserves the right to cancel any Referral Code and/or Reward once the program ends.

General

The Referrer must have obtained the clear and affirmative consent of the Mate to receive the Referral Code by SMS text, WhatsApp, email, social media, or any other applicable method. The Referrer agrees that the Referrer is not an agent or authorised representative of Pilot, when sharing the Referral Code or otherwise, and must only refer a Mate who has provided their permission prior to sharing the Referral Code.

The Reward and the Referral Code cannot be:

  • combined with any other offer, discount, referral (including any other Referral Code, Reward or point, unless stated otherwise), or gift card
  • retroactively applied;
  • sold, transferred or redeemed for cash;
  • commercialised, in particular, nothing in these Referral Terms grants any person any right to use Pilot's logos, trademarks or other intellectual property to commercialise or market referrals, including for SEO or public advertising purposes; an
  • used if the Referrer or the Mate has cancelled their Pilot Subscription before the Reward has been applied.

Pilot will not be held responsible for any lost, late, or misdirected referrals.

Pilot reserves the right to modify these Referral Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting the revised Referral Terms on our website or notifying participants through other means. If a participant claims the original Reward but the Referral Terms are subsequently changed to a new Reward before their Referral is processed, the participant will be eligible for the original Reward only.

The Pilot Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy apply and form part of this Mates Rates Referral Program

Pilot reserves the right to revoke any Referral Code and/or Reward, or otherwise disqualify any Referrer or Mate, in the event of any suspected fraud, act of bad faith or violation of these Referral Terms.
