How do I know if I need ED treatment?
Your Pilot practitioner can give you more guidance on whether you are suitable for treatment, but if you have been struggling to get or maintain an erection, Pilot could be for you.
Many people think it only comes from old age, but ED can be caused by a variety of factors: stress, anxiety, poor health and more.
You don’t need to be ashamed or embarrassed to treat ED with Pilot. Our practitioners are ready to chat with you about it, and plenty of men find they can get their confidence back with Pilot’s treatment.
What if I’m not approved for treatment?
Taking the initial quiz is simple and free. After the quiz there is a $20 consult fee which allows you to book a phone chat with a practitioner where they can discuss and recommend treatment.
Don’t stress about the consult fee though: if you are not eligible for treatment, or you are not satisfied with the recommended options, you can receive a full refund of any money you have paid.
Can I pause or cancel my treatment plan?
Yes, of course! You are welcome to pause or cancel your plan at any time. While Pilot offers automatic ongoing delivery, we don’t do lock-in contracts. This means you can give it a go and cancel whenever you want if y ou decide it’s not for you.
Who is the Weekender suitable for?
The Weekender might be suitable for men in relationships, as well as singles.
There are multiple options which can be recommended, so it’s great for planning a big weekend with a partner, or spontaneous fun whenever the option is there.
What is the difference between the treatment options?
Pilot Classic is a treatment option that’s been around for a bit longer than the Weekender and is familiar to most men who are interested in treating erectile dysfunction. It's great for planned fun and date night, and has proven to be very effective in improving erection hardness and duration.
The Pilot Weekender is a bit newer to the market, but has overtaken the Pilot Classic in terms of popularity among men and their partners: around 2/3 Pilot men prefer the Weekender. It's great for couples who want to stay spontaneous and allows men to go for multiple rounds when they're in the mood.
Why can’t you say the name of the treatment?
Advertising legislation prevents us from naming treatment options here. However, during your phone chat your practitioner can freely name and describe how treatment works, and share any other information about your options.
How much is it?
The Weekender plan starts at $2.40/day, and Pilot Classic starts at $1.50/day. However there are a few different options for plans, and what you are recommended will depend on your situation, preference and what your practitioner decides is the most suitable option for you.
You are always welcome to suggest or ask for a different plan during your phone chat with your practitioner.
Pricing is based on 2-monthly billing, calculated using an average 28-day month. The minimum amount payable is $134/2 months for Pilot's Weekend Plan or $84/2 months for Pilot's Classic Plan.
How does delivery work with Pilot?
Pilot offers free shipping Australia-wide on every orders. All plans arrive in a discreet, unmarked package. Pilot also offer a recurring subscription by default, which means you don’t have to bother with trips to the doctor’s office.
